Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Freelance Databricks Trainer at Henry Harvin India, based in Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Databricks to individuals and groups. Specific responsibilities include creating comprehensive training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and mentoring participants to achieve their learning objectives. The role may also involve assessing learner performance and providing productive feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Databricks and related data engineering or data analytics tools
- Strong instructional, training, and mentoring skills with experience in conducting workshops or educational sessions
- Ability to create and customize course content to meet varying learner needs
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with fluency in explaining complex concepts clearly
- Current or prior industry experience using Databricks and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Previous teaching experience in the IT or analytics sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred
