Job Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern data stack tools including Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building end-to-end data pipelines, transforming data, and working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Pipelines

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Airflow
• Perform data ingestion using tools like Airbyte
• Transform and model data using dbt

Data Warehouse Management

• Work with Snowflake for data storage and optimization
• Write efficient SQL queries for transformation and analysis
• Ensure data quality and integrity

Development & Automation

• Use Python for scripting and automation tasks
• Work with Docker for environment consistency
• Use Navicat / VS Code for development and database interaction

Collaboration & Workflow

• Manage code using GitHub
• Track tasks via Jira and document in Confluence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
