Role Description
This is a freelance, remote role for a Creative Designer & Writer. In this contract role, you will use AI-enhanced design and psychology-based writing to create all brand assets and high-conversion content.
Qualifications
- Creative Ideation: Turn simple business goals into visual concepts, mood boards, and full campaign themes independently.
- AI-Enhanced Design: Use AI image generators to create high-end custom visuals and accelerate the design process.
- Fast Design Templates: Develop professional, editable templates for social media, slide decks, and marketing flyers that can be updated quickly.
- Direct-Response Writing: Write headlines and body text for ads, emails, and websites specifically designed to make people take action.
- Video Production: Script and edit short-form videos, "explainer" clips, and AI-generated video content.
- High-Touch Personalization: Create custom, bespoke assets (like personalized decks or images) for our most important target accounts.
- Brand Consistency: Act as the guardian of the brand's "look and feel," ensuring every digital touchpoint looks professional and consistent.
- Rapid Iteration: Deliver fast updates to designs based on real-world performance data and team feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design and creative writing projects is highly desirable
