💼 Your Role (High Impact)
You will act as a key bridge between IT companies and colleges:
✔️ Onboard IT companies for campus drives
✔️ Drive hiring for 2025 & 2026 graduates
✔️ Manage complete hiring lifecycle

🎯 Performance Expectations
🔹 5–10 company partnerships (minimum)
🔹 100+ student hiring closures per month
🔹 Ensure successful onboarding of selected candidates
