Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Architect with at least 9 years of experience for a freelance/contract position. In this part-time, remote role, you will design and implement tailored Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing system architecture, integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems, and overseeing end-to-end project execution. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver innovative solutions that enhance organisational efficiency.

Key Skills / Responsibilities
Experienced in designing and leading an end to end, scalable Dynamics 365 + Dataverse architecture, aligned with enterprise standards, security, and governance.
Experienced in defining and driving a future proof integration strategy across Azure and Dynamics 365, including API/event-based integration patterns and integration governance.
Experienced in leading environment consolidation and rationalization (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), improving manageability, cost efficiency, and delivery velocity.
Experienced in designing and optimizing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Fluent UI, along with Dataverse plugins, focusing on performance, reusability, and user experience.
Experienced in optimizing Dataverse capacity and storage, establishing capacity planning, archiving/retention policies, and performance-oriented data strategies.
Experienced in standardizing and automating deployment processes using CI/CD to eliminate manual steps, reduce rework, and lower delivery risk through repeatable release controls.
Experience defining Git governance standards for large, multi team Dynamics programs. Knowledge of GitOps principles for managing environment configurations and deployments.
Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements through version history and traceability.
Hands-on experience in implementing security controls in Dynamics 365 aligned with corporate or regulatory standards.
Ability to interpret security guidelines and convert them into platform level implementations.
Hands on experience with Platform security & governance (DLP, tenant settings, environment controls).
Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, conditional access, and identity governance.
Experience with integration of different security and monitoring tools with Dynamics 365.
