Role Description
This is a part-time freelance/contract role for a professional with expertise in Java, Microservices, and AWS services, with 9+ years of experience. The responsibilities include designing and developing scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Microservices architecture, implementing AWS services to enhance system performance, collaborating with teams to meet project requirements, and troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Java programming and expertise in Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of implementing and utilizing AWS services
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in Contract Negotiation, Contractual Agreements, and Contract Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of deployment pipelines and CI/CD practices is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab CI, CodePipeline) Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Developer, Solutions Architect – Professional) Experience with event-driven architectures and serverless computing Knowledge of data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
