We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a client engagement in the US Healthcare domain. If you've got deep payer/provider domain knowledge plus strong .NET and Java architecture chops, this one's for you.
Location: Remote
Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM IST (overlaps EST hours)
Budget: ₹1.4 LPM (Post 10% TDS deducted)
Experience: 15+ years overall | 12+ years in US Healthcare
What you'll own:
- End-to-end solution & enterprise architecture for healthcare platforms
- HLD/LLD, ADRs, integration & data architecture
- Deep US healthcare domain: claims, enrollment, eligibility, benefits, prior auth, PBM/pharmacy
- Healthcare interoperability — HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI (270/271, 834, 835, 837)
- Architecture across .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) AND Java (Spring Boot)
- Microservices, event-driven & distributed systems design
- Cloud architecture on Azure/AWS
- HIPAA, PHI protection, security & compliance
- Legacy modernization & cloud migration roadmaps
- Technical leadership across architects, dev teams & stakeholders
Must-haves:
- 15+ years IT experience, 12+ years in US Healthcare
- Proven Solution/Enterprise Architect background
- Strong hands-on in both .NET and Java ecosystems
- Healthcare integration & EDI transaction expertise
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
