Our Client, a leading manufacturer of ophthalmic equipment, microsurgical instruments and pharmaceuticals is seeking to engage with experienced Talent Management and Learning and Development who can deliver the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs.
- Identify talent gaps and create internal Talent pipeline
- Establish Career Development framework
- Identify Critical roles and succession plan
- Design and implement Retention actions
- Enable Performance driven work culture
- Manage employee development programs.
- Analyze workforce data to inform talent strategies.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop & implement Talent management Strategies, Conduct Talent Assessment, Identify Critical role and key People, Drive performance management, facilitate Leadership development, design & implement Career progression framework, Organization design and Rewards management, Retention programs and organization development initiatives
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Capacity: Full time
Travel : On need basis to Mfg plants / Sales Branch office across India
Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil
Skills Required
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s a plus.
- 10+ years in Talent Management or HR, ideally with succession planning experience.
- Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems , talent assessment tools and L&D
- Certification related to Talent management and Development
