Our Client, A leading global FMCG Firm, is looking for a Consultant to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team in Finance as they drive reporting and aid the business in outperformance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting document and automate month end processes and Global reporting submissions for the business ensuring on time and qualitative submission
- Work with business teams and partnering them to identify and close identified governance issues
- Problem solving and resolution
- Participating in projects related to standardization, digitalization, automation or new process implementation
- Supporting within the team on operational aspects as well as ongoing streams of work
Skills Required
- Financial Accounting and Reporting knowledge
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mind-set.
- Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written
- Stakeholders Management
- IT skills – excellent level of computer literacy (incl excel & SAP)
- Team working – demonstrate commitment to the team in helping to achieve goals; proactively share best practice, ideas and insights with colleagues
- Agility and ability to adjust quickly to changes
- Strong in holding self and others accountable
