Our Client a leading global FMCG organization, looking to engage with a Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain MIS trackers to support key business and strategic priorities
• Perform in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights and identify opportunities
• Drive performance tracking by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Support execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Analyze multiple data sources (sales, distribution, market, consumer) to identify performance drivers
• Partner with teams to streamline processes and improve ways of working
• Assist in planning and execution of key internal events and reviews
• Additional Information:
• Work mode: 5 days Work From Office (WFO)
• Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Headquarters)

Skills Required

• Strong experience in MIS and data analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
• Familiarity with data tools such as Nielsen and ATLAN (Mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
