Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Freelance Consultant at Chord Tech Services Private Limited, located in Hyderabad. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Zoho solutions. Responsibilities will include business process analysis, Zoho product implementation, customization, workflow automation, and user training. The consultant will also deliver ongoing support and system optimization to ensure smooth operations and long-term success for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho products, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Workplace
- Experience with Business Process Mapping, Workflow Automation, and Custom API Integrations
- Strong technical expertise in Data Migration, System Optimization, and CRM customization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultation and user training
- Ability to analyze and streamline complex business processes for efficiency and growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt solutions based on client-specific requirements
- Experience working in industries such as travel, real estate, retail, product-based companies, or SMEs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with implementation projects or consulting roles is beneficial
