Role: Freelance Business Development / Project Acquisition Partner (Commission-Based)
We are looking for a self-driven individual who can bring in new clients and project opportunities.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who wants to earn based on performance and close high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients (LinkedIn, referrals, freelancing platforms, etc.)
- Generate leads and bring project opportunities
- Pitch services and handle initial discussions (optional)
- Collaborate during deal closure
Compensation:
- 10%–20% commission per successful project
- Higher incentives for closing deals independently
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Basic understanding of tech / AI / SaaS (preferred, not mandatory)
