Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager with experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep understanding of recruitment solutions, and the ability to close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RPO and talent acquisition space
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers
- Present and promote RPO solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding of clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within RPO, staffing, or recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of RPO models and talent acquisition processes
- Established network of HR contacts is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a freelance or commission-based role
- Prior experience selling HR solutions, staffing, or outsourcing services
- Knowledge of multiple industry verticals (IT, Healthcare, BFSI, etc.)
