⏳ Experience Required: 7+ Years in US IT Staffing Business Development/Account Management
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing business development (IT roles only)
- Ability to bring multiple active POCs from prime vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Must provide direct access to vendor/client job portals linked to those POCs (not just introductions)
- Strong, existing network with companies hiring for IT contract positions
Compensation will be provided:
- For each verified POC and confirmed active portal access
- Additional commission for every successful placement closed through those POCs/vendors
- Proven track record of successfully supporting and closing IT requirements
This is a strictly performance-based freelance role suited for professionals with an established vendor network and proven industry relationships
