At 300 Plus Consulting, we are a fast-growing recruitment firm working across India and international markets. As we expand, we’re looking to partner with freelance BDMs on a commission-based, long-term model.
We are a young & dynamic organization formed in 2011 and promoted by individuals who collectively have decades of experience working for Fortune 100 organizations in service delivery and client management. We have a team of over all 300 + members across different countries.
We specialize in permanent & contract hiring, Managed staffing services, international recruitment, and strategic staffing partnerships—focusing on strong delivery and transparent collaborations.
Your Role
• Identify companies with active hiring needs
• Connect with HR leaders / decision-makers
• Onboard clients for recruitment partnerships
No involvement in sourcing or operations—our team can manage delivery end-to-end.
Earnings (Simple & Transparent) Commissions OnlyComplete access of client for transparency.
Growth Potential
With just 4–6 active clients:
• Earn ₹25,000 – ₹1L(Average) Depending on the client seriousness on hiring
• Plus repeat income as clients continue hiring
