Role Description
This role is for a Freelance professional located in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, promoting, and coordinating sporting events and tournaments. Key tasks include managing tournament schedules, engaging with stakeholders, monitoring event execution, and ensuring every aspect of management runs smoothly to deliver a professional experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, tournament coordination, and sports management
- Strong skills in communication, organizational management, and time management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to sports and community engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, sponsors, and league participants
- Proficiency in problem-solving, multi-tasking, and adapting to changing situations
- Familiarity with sports regulations, rules, and tournament logistics is highly desirable
