We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to contribute to an advanced AI-driven banking digital marketing project. The role involves developing intelligent AI solutions, multi-agent systems, Generative AI applications, NLP/ML models, and cloud-based solutions.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agentic system development
- Experience with AEM
- Experience with open-source Generative AI LLMs and Gemini
- Working knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP & Deep Learning
- Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks and transformers
- Experience with Generative AI, including:
- GANs
- Text generation
- Text-to-image generation
- LLM-based applications
- Strong data wrangling and manipulation skills
- SQL, data cleaning and feature engineering
- Hands-on GCP experience
🔹 Good to Have
- On-premise and cloud development experience
- CI/CD experience
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production environments
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement advanced AI solutions for complex business problems
- Build and integrate multi-agent AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare, clean and transform datasets for AI/ML model development
- Implement advanced NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Generative AI techniques
- Evaluate AI architectures, models and hyperparameters
- Optimize model performance and address potential bias and responsible AI considerations
- Develop scalable AI solutions using GCP
