Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Freelance AI in Sales Trainer, located in Thane. The trainer will deliver high-quality sales training sessions focused on leveraging AI in sales processes. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training content, conducting workshops, and providing hands-on guidance to participants to enhance their understanding and application of AI in sales. The trainer will also collaborate with the team to improve course materials and evaluate trainees’ progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful sales training with strong Presentation Skills.
- Experience in Training & Development and a strong background in Sales Trainings.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Familiarity with AI applications in the sales domain will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks in an on-site environment.
