Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance AI in HR/Operation Trainer. The trainer will conduct virtual sessions on the application of AI in HR and operations, develop and deliver training materials, assist participants in understanding AI tools and techniques, and tailor instruction to meet the learning needs of diverse audiences. The role will also involve evaluating participants' progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, particularly in applying AI within HR and operational contexts
- Ability to deliver impactful virtual training sessions and adapt content to varied learning needs
- Prior experience in educating professionals or students on AI tools and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in AI or HR are advantageous
