Flychem is a leading cosmetic ingredients supplier serving globally . Looking for someone who can help us set up and optimize our AI + automation stack across Instagram, WhatsApp, and web.
Scope of work:
- Build and optimize n8n workflows
- Integrate OpenAI (multi-agent system)
- Set up Pinecone (RAG / knowledge retrieval)
- Connect Instagram / WhatsApp automation (ManyChat / APIs)
- CRM integration (HubSpot)
- Improve conversation flows for better conversion
Ideal profile:
- Strong with n8n
- Experience with OpenAI APIs & prompt design
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
- Bonus: Experience in D2C, chatbots, or conversion funnels
This is NOT a basic chatbot project, we’re building a multi-agent, intent-driven AI system
Engagement:
- Freelance / project-based (can extend long-term)
