Role Overview
CareerSecure is hiring
serious and performance-driven Freelance Admission Counsellors to promote and enroll students into our industry-integrated programs.
This is a
100% commission-based role designed for individuals who are confident in sales, counselling, and closing.
Important Note
This opportunity is
not for casual applicants.
To ensure commitment and seriousness, this role requires a
₹1,000 + GST yearly subscription.
This helps us work only with focused individuals who are serious about building income through this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students (calls, WhatsApp, social media, Meet or zoom)
- Explain program benefits and career outcomes
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities
- Handle objections and close admissions
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain basic reporting
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales / counselling / EdTech
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable with calls and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Work-from-home setup (phone + internet)
