Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Freelance Admission Consultant located at our Dwarka campus. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students to guide them through the admission process, providing detailed information about academic programs, and assisting with the enrollment process. The consultant will build strong relationships with potential candidates, answer inquiries, conduct training sessions, and manage customer service interactions to ensure a seamless admission experience. Additionally, the role will involve contributing to student recruitment strategies and meeting enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Experience in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Proficiency in student recruiting and enrollment practices
- Ability to lead training sessions and provide guidance confidently
- Sales skills to meet enrollment and placement targets
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with the aviation or education sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
