Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated
Freelance Academic Partnership Managers who can build and close partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions across India.
This is a
pure revenue-driven role where your earnings are directly linked to the partnerships and business you generate.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach universities, colleges, and institutions for partnerships
- Pitch CareerSecure programs (Pay after placement, certification, skilling programs, etc.)
- Build relationships with decision-makers:
- Vice Chancellors
- Directors / Deans
- Admission Heads
- Close MoUs / partnership agreements with institutions
- Drive student enrollments through institutional tie-ups
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle:
- Lead generation → Meeting → Pitch → Closure
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and expansion
- Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and execution
Compensation (100% Commission Model)
- No fixed salary
- High commission per successful partnership / student enrollment
- Unlimited earning potential
- Performance-based incentives on bulk deals
