About CareNav
CareNav is an AI-powered platform that helps hospitals streamline cashless and reimbursement claims by automating document validation, improving claim readiness, and reducing insurer/TPA queries - ultimately enabling faster approvals and smoother discharge workflows.
Role: Freelance – Hospital Partnerships & Ops Lead
Location: Ahmedabad (field-heavy)
Engagement: Freelance / Contract
Start: Immediate / Short notice preferred
You will act as CareNav’s local growth operator, helping us build hospital relationships and drive early pilot momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing hospital network to open conversations with billing, PCS, and hospital leadership teams
- Introduce and demo CareNav to hospital stakeholders (billing heads, ops, management)
- Drive pilot onboarding and early adoption at partner hospitals
- Act as the local bridge between CareNav and hospital teams during initial rollouts
- Capture structured feedback from hospital users and share ground insights
- Support local expansion conversations across Ahmedabad hospitals
- Help identify high-potential departments and use cases for pilot success
- Coordinate closely with the core CareNav team on progress and next steps
Who Should Apply
We are specifically looking for someone with strong on-ground hospital access in Ahmedabad.
Must-have:
- 2–4 years of experience in TPA / Hospital Billing / Cashless / Reimbursement / Hospital BD roles
- Strong understanding of hospital insurance workflows
- Existing relationships within Ahmedabad hospital ecosystem (preferred)
- Comfortable with sales and stakeholder conversations
- Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory) and comfortable in Hindi/English
- Based in Ahmedabad and willing to travel locally to hospitals
- Self-driven and comfortable in a field-oriented freelance role
Good to have:
- Prior hospital partnerships or BD experience
- Exposure to HIS / billing systems
- Experience working with TPAs or insurers
