Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The individual in this role will develop and manage daily inspirational content, including researching quotes, verifying sources, and writing engaging captions or short reflections. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, aligning content with the brand’s voice, and collaborating with team members to maintain a consistent publishing calendar. The role will also involve monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments or messages where needed, and suggesting new content ideas or series to strengthen community interaction. The person in this position is expected to work closely with the team on-site and contribute to a positive, creative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to craft concise, engaging, and grammatically accurate content.
- Ability to research, select, and verify quotes or sources, with attention to accuracy and appropriateness for the brand’s audience.
- Experience or interest in social media content creation, basic content planning, and understanding of audience engagement.
- Comfort with creative work, including generating new ideas, themes, and formats for inspirational or motivational content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a daily publishing schedule and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating on-site with team members in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
- Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful tone aligned with a community focused on growth and wellbeing.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields is an advantage; a relevant degree or coursework in Communications, Literature, Psychology, Marketing, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
