FreeSWITCH
Location-
- Open for all Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, and Gurgaon.locations
Must Have
FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations)
WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS)
SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS)
Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks).
Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues.
Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features.
Roles And Responsibilites
Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt
Gateway deploy, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
Education : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
Exp : 5 to 8 yrs of experience.
Good To Have
Asterisk or other similar tool experience
