Join Our Team: Bilingual Case Manager: Here’s what makes us different
If you have worked for a US PI law firm for a year as a case manager and have been treated as a machine instead of a person, you will DEFINITELY want to apply to work for our personal injury law firm. We are definitely different! First, we hire you directly—no agency involved. Second, you will be an integral part of our law firm, meeting with our entire team every morning on Zoom to start your day.
Every morning, we start with a short Zoom meeting where we all get a chance to say something nice about each other and acknowledge each other and start the day positively. (Unlike most law firms where they focus on your mistakes!)
You will be working directly with me, Scott Richardson, and our lead lawyer Tom Carse to take care of our clients and their injury cases.
So what is your most important attribute to come and work with us? (Besides at least one year of PI case manager experience) It’s having an extremely friendly personality and attitude when you talk with our clients. That’s something that we cannot teach. If you have a friendly outgoing personality, clients will love you and refer their friends and family members to us. So if you do have friendly outgoing personality, please apply!
What the Job Is Like
This is a 100% remote position, so you will work as a Case Manager completely from your own home. Since there are no in-person meetings, we need someone who is great at working on their own and dependable in following through and getting things done. The pay for this position ranges from $7.50 to $15.00 per hour depending on your experience.
Your main goal is to handle our clients' legal cases while they are trying to heal from their injuries and get their lives back together. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who have CASE MANAGER experience working for large personal injury firms in Arizona, (which can be impersonal )such as:
- Morgan & Morgan (Phoenix)
- Sweet James (Phoenix)
- Lerner & Rowe (Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, or Glendale)
- Rafi Law Group (Phoenix, Mesa, Avondale, or Tucson)
Having experience at these Arizona firms means you already understand how to handle PI cases. You will NOT have a large case load like at those other injury law firms.
What You Need to Have
To be chosen for this position, you must have at least one year of experience working as a CASE MANANGER for a US personal injury law firm. You must be able to speak and write very well in both unaccented English and of course Spanish.
So if you are looking for a new place to work where you and your contribution will be appreciated every day, then please apply! (If you are kind of grumpy and don’t like people too much, then please apply to work at a big law firm, not us!)
