You'll be the last friendly face our patients see at the end of their day, and that matters to us. This role grows with the clinic — the right person will have opportunities to take on more as we expand.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>- Welcome patients as they arrive and provide an outstanding experience<br>- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk<br>- Assist patients with intake paperwork and consent forms<br>- Track patient flow and communicate with the clinical team<br>- Collect and process payment information accurately<br>- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area<br>- Assist with additional clinic tasks as needed<br><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br>- Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish (required)<br>- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred<br>- Warm, professional, and calm under pressure<br>- Strong communication and multitasking skills<br>- Comfortable with computers and scheduling software<br>- Positive attitude and genuine care for patients</div><div></div>
