Tired of working at a franchise and being just a number. Join our team and become one of our family members. Freddy's Steak House is a Landmark Steak House that has been in business for over 50 years and is family-owned. We are seeking eager and dedicated FOH Floor Managers.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work flexible hours (weekends and holidays are required).
  • Have up to 3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Be able to staff and train all personnel.
  • Assist ownership in duties such as promotions, marketing, social media, catering events, and scheduling.
  • Weekly and monthly inventories.
  • Obtain a State of Indiana Liquor License.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be a Leader and lead by example.

Compensation is based on experience.
