The Technical Development Manager will lead a team of developers and help drive the technical vision and roadmap for complex strategic initiatives. This role will serve as the technical lead, accountable for the successful delivery of large scale, enterprise-wide technology solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architects, and business analysts, and managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. You will also work closely with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and proven experience managing high-performing teams to deliver complex technology initiatives.
