</div><div>We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager (5–7 years experience) to run commercial projects from pre-con through closeout. This role owns schedule, budget, and execution -- you must be comfortable driving the field as well as managing the project.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>

<li>Run projects start to finish (buyout → closeout)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Manage subs, vendors, clients, and inspections<br><br>
</li>
<li>Control budget, schedule, and change orders<br><br>
</li>
<li>Be present in the field and keep jobs moving<br><br>
</li>
<li>Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation<br><br>
</li>

</div><ul>
<li>5–7 years commercial construction PM experience (required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Buildertrend (or similar) experience (required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods + sequencing<br><br>
</li>
<li>OSHA 30 preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple projects independently<br><br>
</li>
