Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation Research and Development (FRD) Manager located in Baddi. The FRD Manager will lead the formulation development of drug products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving project timelines. Responsibilities include overseeing formulation trials, optimizing processes, conducting stability studies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, maintaining documentation, and staying current with emerging industry trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in formulation development, process optimization, and conducting stability studies.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and documentation for global markets.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills to guide and develop the team.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, such as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
- Prior experience in oncology drug development or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address challenges during project execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, or a related field.
