🔹 Role Overview
We are hiring a Fraud Strategy Lead to drive fraud prevention across acquisition and transaction journeys. This role focuses on designing strategies, identifying fraud patterns, and optimizing controls while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement fraud strategies for acquisition & transactions
- Identify emerging fraud patterns and trends using data analysis
- Build and optimize rule-based controls to improve fraud detection
- Monitor key metrics (fraud rate, FPR, approval rate, etc.)
- Balance fraud prevention with customer experience (reduce false declines)
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and risk teams
- Work with fraud tools and vendors like LexisNexis and Socure
🔹 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fraud strategy / fraud analytics / credit risk
- SQL, Power BI / Tableau & Advance Excel is must.
- Hands-on experience with rule engines and fraud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in BFSI / fintech domain
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
