Futures Associates come from a wide range of backgrounds and bring with them a unique perspective that when applied to solving difficult challenges allows them to propose thoughtful and novel solutions. How it Works: The Program consists of four, six-month rotations within various departments Rotations are designed to promote career development and enhance professional skills through meaningful contributions to departmental goals Associates will engage in project-related and analytical assignments while supporting departmental initiatives Development is achieved through on-the-job experience, training, and extensive networking opportunities Associates are paired with a Franklin Templeton leader who provides mentorship, career guidance, and support in building connections across the organization
