The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Key Tasks
- You will answer incoming customer phone calls and schedule jobs for plumbing crews.
- Will act as a backup for dispatch.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
- Make follow up calls to customers, ensuring expectations have been met, and address any further questions/concerns they may have.
- Other routine office duties
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years relevant experience required. Phone based customer service or call center environment highly preferred
- Plumbing or construction industry experience preferred
- Service Titan experience highly preferred
