Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Franchising Executive. The Franchising Executive will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, developing relationships, and managing the franchise acquisition process. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating terms, assisting franchisees in setting up their outlets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. The individual will work closely with other teams to support franchise operations and ensure smooth business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of franchise development, market research, and business operations
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Experience and knowledge in project management and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a franchise development or business expansion role is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel as required
