Position: Franchisee Operations Manager
Department: Retail Operations
Location: As per business requirement
CTC: ₹8–12 LPA
Experience: 10+ years in retail operations / franchise management / multi‑store handling
Role Summary
Manage and drive performance of ~15 franchise stores in the assigned region. Ensure smooth operations, business target achievement, brand compliance, franchisee engagement, and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and monitor store productivity, conversion, billing, and category growth.
- Build strong franchisee relationships; act as primary point of contact for operational and business issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, store discipline, staffing, and customer handling.
- Coach and support store managers and sales teams on product knowledge, sales routines, and execution quality.
- Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store ambience.
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and backend teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service issues.
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and prepare performance dashboards/reports.

- Faster complaint resolution and improved customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; PG in retail/sales/operations preferred
- Prior experience managing 10+ stores (furniture, home retail, lifestyle preferred)
- Strong operational and commercial acumen
- Excellent franchisee handling and relationship management skills
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and execution discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
