POSITION: FRANCHISEE HEAD
/ Identify and develop new franchise opportunities while expanding the existing franchise network
/ Provide training, guidance, and consistent support to franchise partners and build strong relationships with franchisees by understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions
/ Drive franchise sales, onboarding and operational growth
/ Ensure effective coordination and communication between franchisees, headquarters, and other key stakeholders
/ Monitor franchisee performance, analyze business data, and implement strategies for improvement and growth
/ Analyze business performance, sales data, and market opportunities
SKILLS
/ Strong business development, strategic thinking, and franchise expansion capabilities
/ Excellent communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
/ Leadership abilities with experience in multi-location coordination and independent franchise growth management
/ Strong financial understanding and business analysis skills with knowledge of the furniture/interior industry preferred
/ Self-driven, target-oriented professional willing to travel for partner meetings and market development
EXPERIENCE
/ 8+ years of proven experience in Furniture Franchisee Industry
