Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Franchisee at Urban Money. The Franchisee is responsible for representing the brand by managing loan-related services, building partnerships with financial institutions, and ensuring excellent client servicing. Key responsibilities include client acquisition, relationship management, advising clients on suitable loan solutions, managing documentation, and guiding clients through the entire borrowing process. Franchisees will also collaborate with lenders to maintain mutually beneficial relationships and ensure streamlined service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service
- Experience in sales, loan advisory, and business development
- Proficiency in financial market understanding and mortgage solution offerings
- Knowledge of documentation processes and regulatory compliance
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently on-site
- Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
