• Position: Franchise Support Manager
• Experience: 2–5 Years
• Location: Delhi NCR
• Industry: QSR / Food & Franchise Operations
Key Responsibilities
• Manage communication with SUB91 franchise partners.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to franchisees.
• Ensure stores are ready before opening.
• Coordinate licenses, approvals, and required documents.
• Manage water testing reports and compliance requirements.
• Support GST registration and basic compliance.
• Coordinate FSSAI license/registration requirements.
• Maintain the Store Opening Compliance Checklist.
• Ensure equipment, POS, kitchen, signage, and raw materials are ready.
• Coordinate procurement with Purchase & Operations teams.
• Resolve franchisee issues through internal coordination.
• Coordinate offers, campaigns, and branding with the Marketing team.
• Communicate and implement company SOPs, policies, and product updates.
• Ensure franchise outlets follow operational and compliance standards.
