Role Description The Franchise Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Asansol, responsible for supporting franchise operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Care4Elder’s elder care offerings. In this role, the executive coordinates with franchise partners to manage daily service requests, handles client inquiries, and ensures smooth communication between families, caregivers, medical professionals, and internal teams. Typical responsibilities include onboarding and guiding franchise partners, monitoring adherence to service standards and processes, maintaining records and documentation, and escalating issues for timely resolution. The executive also assists in local promotional activities, gathers customer feedback, and collaborates with team members to improve franchise performance and client satisfaction. This position requires a strong focus on customer experience, operational reliability, and empathy for senior clients and their families.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust with franchise partners, seniors, and their families.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain services, handle inquiries, and manage conflict appropriately.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Organization Skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedule services, and maintain accurate records.
- Relevant experience in franchise support, healthcare services, or client relationship management is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or service management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Asansol, demonstrate empathy toward older adults, and respond promptly in time-sensitive situations.
