Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, where the Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise acquisition and expanding the MannuBhai network. The role requires generating and nurturing leads, creating business plans to onboard and support franchise partners, and managing ongoing franchise relationships. The ideal candidate will also strategize and execute plans to promote business growth while maintaining excellent communication and negotiation skills with potential and existing franchisees.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Franchise Sales, including identifying opportunities and converting leads into franchise partnerships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Franchising to effectively build and expand franchise networks
- Exceptional Communication skills to present plans, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with franchise partners
- Experience in Lead Generation and prospect management to ensure a steady pipeline of potential franchisees
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the service industry or franchise sector is a significant advantage
