Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Franchise Sales Manager located in New Delhi, Chandigarh or Ambala. The Franchise Sales Manager will develop and implement franchise sales strategies, generate leads, and build relationships with potential franchisees. Key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, presenting franchising options, conducting business planning sessions, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees. The role requires strong communication skills to maintain effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Experience in Business Planning and strategy development
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and client acquisition
- Effective Communication skills for relationship building and negotiations
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the education, immigration, or franchising industries is a plus
