Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing franchise partners to support Fat Tiger’s growth across India. Day-to-day tasks include managing lead generation activities, conducting franchise presentations and meetings, guiding prospects through the franchise evaluation process, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees. The role involves coordinating business planning discussions, ensuring alignment with brand standards, collaborating with internal teams for site selection and onboarding, and tracking sales performance against expansion targets. The Franchise Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, support franchise marketing initiatives, and provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline and franchise performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Franchise Sales and Franchising skills, with experience closing franchise deals or similar partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Business Planning skills, including the ability to analyze financial projections and support franchise business models.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, with experience managing pipelines, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Relevant experience in QSR, restaurants, or consumer retail franchise networks is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work with targets, manage multiple prospects, and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting for monitoring and decision-making.
