Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Franchise Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing franchise sales activities, identifying potential franchise opportunities, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and developing effective franchising strategies. The role requires creating comprehensive business plans, generating qualified leads, and supporting franchise partners to meet growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategy development
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and approaches
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Results-driven attitude with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
