Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential franchise opportunities, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, developing business plans for franchisees, generating leads, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the success of franchise operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Skills in Business Planning and strategy development for franchise ventures
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with franchisees and stakeholders
- Experience with Lead Generation and converting leads into successful franchise partnerships
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is a plus
