Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospective franchisees, executing franchise agreements, and supporting business growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing franchise business plans, generating leads, conducting negotiations, maintaining strong communication with prospects, and ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards. The candidate will play a critical role in expanding Helium Solar’s franchise network.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Proven skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with prospective franchisees
- Ability to strategize, develop, and execute effective franchise growth plans
- Proficiency in market research and customer needs analysis
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
