Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing franchise opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Day-to-day tasks involve generating and nurturing leads, pitching franchise opportunities, developing business plans for potential franchisees, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners to drive mutual success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and a strong understanding of franchising models and operations
- Expertise in Business Planning and the ability to create and evaluate franchise business plans
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and cultivating potential franchisee relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and prospective franchisees effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
