Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales efforts, overseeing the development of franchise business plans, generating and qualifying leads, establishing strong communication with potential franchisees, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. The role involves building and maintaining relationships to support the brand’s expansion strategy.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
  • Effective Communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage or franchise industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
