Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month plus incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Manager to oversee the development, expansion, and operations of franchise outlets. The role involves managing franchise relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services in local markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Design and conduct training programs for new franchisees, staff, and managers
- Identify and recruit potential franchise partners based on financial capability, experience, and business fit
- Evaluate franchise applications and conduct interviews for selection
- Oversee franchise operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Analyze financial reports to identify growth opportunities and cost optimization
- Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, and third-party partners, including contract negotiations
- Ensure all franchise outlets maintain brand standards in terms of cleanliness, service quality, and operations
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Required); MBA or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or a similar role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development (Required)
- Strong understanding of market research and business analysis
- Knowledge of franchising laws and regulations
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
